Love All Creations – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Love All Creations. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Love All Creations.

For personalised or custom-made products, customers are responsible for checking that all names, dates, wording, colours and other details supplied to us are correct before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

2. Personalised & Bespoke Items

Personalised items are made specifically to the customer’s requirements and cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.

Love All Creations is not responsible for errors in personalised information supplied by the customer.

Where we have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

3. Payment

Payment must be made before an order is produced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

An order will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Design Approval

Where a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for checking the proof carefully before approving it.

Once a proof has been approved, Love All Creations cannot accept responsibility for errors that were visible on the approved proof.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Customers should contact Love All Creations as soon as possible if they wish to change or cancel an order.

Cancellation may be possible before production begins, but once personalised or bespoke work has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any refund will be considered in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

6. Returns & Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, please contact Love All Creations promptly and provide photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and, where required by law, offer an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Delivery & Collection

Estimated delivery times will be provided where possible but may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Love All Creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If local collection is agreed, the customer will be informed when the order is ready for collection.

8. Colour Variations

Colours shown on screens may vary slightly from the finished product due to differences between screens, printers, materials and production processes.

Minor variations do not necessarily constitute a fault.

9. Customer-Supplied Images & Designs

Customers must have permission to use any photographs, artwork, logos, names or other materials supplied to Love All Creations for reproduction.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their requested design does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

10. Copyright & Designs

Unless otherwise agreed, designs and artwork created by Love All Creations remain the intellectual property of Love All Creations.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, sell or distribute Love All Creations’ original artwork or designs without permission.

11. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with their product.

Love All Creations cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect use, washing, cleaning, heating, impact or failure to follow care instructions.

12. Social Media & Promotional Use

With the customer’s permission, Love All Creations may photograph completed products for use on social media, websites or other promotional materials.

Customers may request that their order is not used for promotional purposes.

13. Complaints

If you have a problem with your order, please contact Love All Creations directly so that we can try to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Please provide your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

14. Changes to These Terms

Love All Creations reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The terms applying to an order will be those in place at the time the order is accepted.
